Park&Tower Avsallar

Our project Park Tower Avsallar is located 10 minutes walking distance from the city centre of
Avsallar which is one of the most attractive touristic centre in Alanya. We are pleased to
present you our project Park Tower Avsallar that has been designed as a result of extensive
and thorough studies. Park Tower Avsallar consists of two separate blocks in the area of 6346
square meters and with the wide and various social facilities, it will improve your life
standards. Park Tower Avsallar is designed by “Toklu Mimarlık” which is a well-known
architecture firm in Alanya. The contracting company of Park Tower Avsallar is “Çavuşoğlu
Turizm Ticaret İnşaat Kuyum ve Sanayi İhracat Ltd. Şti” who has been operating for many years
in the field of construction in and around Alanya.
Park Tower Avsallar is located 5000 meters distance from the world-famous “Incekum Beach”,
3500 meters to the famous camp area and natural park namely “Incekum Orman Kampı” and
1500 meters to the seaside. Furthermore, Park Tower Alanya has its own private beach which
is located 2000 meters far away from the project and private shuttle services will be provided
to the residents at certain times of everyday. Within the scope of our project, following social
facility areas and other facilities will be provided to the residents.

Payment Plan

30% of the sales price shall be paid in cash on the date of contract.
The remaining 70% of the sales price shall be paid in 18 equal installments. In
case that the sales price is fully paid in advance, a discount from 5% to 7% will
be made according to the type of residence.
